Oversees strategy, partnerships, sponsorship architecture, and program development across all TechX initiatives.

  • Operation Convergent Response (OCR) / TechX Platform Development
    Directed and managed large-scale, multi-agency experiential programs (now evolved into the TechX model) that established new standards for crisis response training, technology evaluation, and interagency coordination.
